I recently had the opportunity to see Stephen Fry during his whirlwind two city tour of Australia. I had a great seat, thanks as always to my partner’s ticket-fu, and managed to get some good photos.
Stephen spoke for 2+ hours about himself, his life, growing up, and how he became the actor/comedian/wordsmith that he is.
It was after his long talk that I realised, with some amazement, that he had come out on stage sans a glass or bottle of water and spoken for the duration, non-stop, without that common need of speakers to wet the throat. Amazing.
